Steelers=SB  Great post on Adams. Makes me feel a lot better about the pick. I knew he had great value with so many mock drafts on many sites putting him as our 1st round pick and I just kept thinking HELL NO, but in the 2nd with that info, HELL YEAH, now lets get a NT

Nice Article! Thanks for the post but I didn't need it. If the Steelers drafted him that tells me they think he's a good kid that screwed up. It's just not their style to take a buy in the 2nd round who is a huge risk.

I prefer Turbin over pierce anyway.

I think the Pierce pick is a solid pick for the Ravens, but I wonder why they traded up for him?  Were they in love with him or just afraid someone else like Pittsburgh was going to take him.

to me the only non-reach was Doug Martin, all the other RB's they reached for including the morons from Lake Erie, giving up 3 picks to move up from 4 to 3 is total foolishness.

Now that I read Mike Adams wanted to be a Steeler, and drove to meet Colbert, Tomlin, and Rooney, he sounds remorseful, I feel better.

Sean Spence is NOT A FIT, and other than ST he will get washed out of plays like dirt in a TiDE commerical.

Hmmm.

I love Sean Spence.  I think he's a great player, but I confess I'd taken him off my radar because I couldn't see how he fit anywhere other than OLB in the 4-3.  Not sure how he translates to us.  He's a top-notch baller, I just don't know where we'll play him.

I wonder if the Steelers have a position in mind, or are they just figuring he's good and they'll find a way to get him on the field...

Is Ray Charles a scout now, are they measuring the players in the metric system. The dude was small for LB 20 years ago.  Jeebus, I was willing to give Mike Adams a shot, but Sean Spence I don't see as big enough to take on a pulling Michael Oher or Joe Thomas.

I loved Pittsburgh's first two picks, but I don't quite understand this one. Sean Spence is talented and should have been picked a bit earlier than this, but I don't get how he fits into the Steelers' 3-4 defense. He's more of a Cover-2 outside linebacker. I trust the Steelers though, so it would't surprise me if this pick panned out. 


I just hope he isn't another Buster
